1. ELIGIBILITY OF USAGE AND MEMBERSHIP
Age
Swiss Canton’s services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.
Swiss Canton may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer access to or use of the Services to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the Services is revoked in such jurisdictions.
Individuals under the age of 18 must at all times use Swiss Canton’s services only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age. In all cases, the adult is the user and is responsible for any and all activities.
Compliance
You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. In addition, you must abide by Swiss Canton’s policies as stated in the Agreement and the Swiss Canton policy documents as well as all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Sites by Swiss Canton, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and each of which may be updated by Swiss Canton from time to time without notice to you:
In addition, some services offered by Swiss Canton may be subject to additional terms and conditions promulgated by Swiss Canton from time to time; your use of such services is subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.
Password
Keep your password secure. You are fully responsible for all activity, liability and damage resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality. You agree to immediately notify Swiss Canton of any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security. You also agree that Swiss Canton cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure. You agree not to provide your username and password information in combination to any other party other than Swiss Canton without Swiss Canton’s express written permission.
Account Information
You must keep your account information up-to-date and accurate at all times, including a valid email address and mobile number.
Account Transfer
You may not transfer or sell your Swiss Canton account and User ID to another party. You are responsible for all activity of the account and User ID. If you are registering as a business entity, you personally guarantee that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.
Right to Refuse Service
Swiss Canton’s services are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended Swiss Canton members. Swiss Canton reserves the right, in Swiss Canton’s sole discretion, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. Swiss Canton reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
2. FEES AND BILLING
Swiss Canton doesn’t charge from users visiting or registering on site, it is totally free. But Swiss Canton may charge various fees, while purchasing or doing other transactions on our platforms, such as shipping fees.
Swiss Canton’s Fees Policy, which is subject to change, is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Changes to the Fees Policy and the fees for Swiss Canton’s services are effective after Swiss Canton provides you notice by posting the changes on the Sites or informing you through official communication channels. However, Swiss Canton may choose to temporarily change the Fees Policy and the fees for Swiss Canton’s services for promotional events; such changes are effective when Swiss Canton posts the temporary promotional event on the Sites. Swiss Canton may, at Swiss Canton’s sole discretion, change some or all of Swiss Canton’s services at any time. In the event Swiss Canton introduces a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in UAE Dirham (AED).
You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with using Swiss Canton. Swiss Canton provides tools that detail the fees that are owed for a given period.
You can pay product price and fees (like shipment fee) through our website (online) and offline mode such as Cash on Delivery
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in UAE Dirham (AED).
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

3. PRODUCTS, BUYING AND SHIPPING
Swiss Canton maintains an organized, centralized product catalog. Swiss Canton practices both automatic and manual product listing content verification process and strictly monitoring the authenticity of products sold through various channels. Even though there is a possibility of fault listing or fault delivery of items. Buyers or any stakeholders are always requested to report such events.
All products listed in Swiss Canton can be purchased by any eligible persons. Buyers should give appropriate delivery address, email address and contact phone number for hassle-free delivery.
Our different shipment partners may have their own privacy and terms and condition. Buyers should be aware of all this when proceeding an order in Swiss Canton.
4. RETURN AND REFUND
Buyer can return any product brought from Swiss Canton (exclude the items in non-returnable list), Terms, Conditions and Policies on Complaints, Return and Refund is specially extracted to Return and Refund policy, which is also listed along with other policies in our website, mobile apps and other platforms.
Note: If you made a cancelation of order or proceeding a refund request due to any or deferent reasons. The refund will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You are solely responsible for your conduct and activities on and regarding to Swiss Canton and any and all data, text, information, usernames, graphics, images, photographs, profiles, audio, video, items, and links (together, “Content”) that you submit, post, and display on Swiss Canton.
Restricted Activities
Your content (personal information and all other data you submit to Swiss Canton) and your use of Swiss Canton shall not:
- Be false, inaccurate or misleading
- Be fraudulent
- Take any action that may undermine online reviews or feedback
- Be obscene, pornographic or contain child pornography
- Be politically critical, culturally or religiously offensive, contrary to the public interest or a threat to national security
- Be contrary to Sharia Law, rules, morals, ethics, values and traditions
- Be considered to be promoting gambling
- Contain or transmit any code of a destructive nature that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information
- Modify, adapt or hack Swiss Canton or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Swiss Canton;
- Appear to create liability for Swiss Canton or cause Swiss Canton to lose (in whole or in part) the services of Swiss Canton’s ISPs or other suppliers
6. CONTENT
License
You grant Swiss Canton a license solely to enable Swiss Canton to use any information or Content you supply Swiss Canton with, so that Swiss Canton is not violating any rights you might have in that Content. You grant Swiss Canton a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights (but no other rights) you have in the Content, in any media now known or not currently known, with respect to your Content. You agree to allow Swiss Canton to store, translate, or reformat your Content on Swiss Canton.
Swiss Canton will only use personal information in accordance with Swiss Canton’s Privacy Policy.
Special Notes: All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
7. OUT-SIDE LINKS & REFERENCES
Swiss Canton is not responsible for the availability of outside websites or resources linked to or referenced on the Sites. Swiss Canton does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such websites or resources. You agree that Swiss Canton shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or resources.
8. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES AND RELEASE
Disputes with Third Parties
In the event a dispute arises between you and any other third party associated with your transactions (like shipment and delivery agent), Swiss Canton encourages you to find resolutions through our authorized channels, such as Help Center, Order Complaint Form and Swiss Canton Care email (ae@cybrosoft.com)
Swiss Canton’s Order Complaint Form link can be found with every order details page. Buyer can initiate complaints and reach to amicable resolution related to certain order via this form.
Disputes with Swiss Canton
In the event a dispute arises between you and Swiss Canton, please contact Swiss Canton Customer Care. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with SwissCanton shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
9. SWISS CANTON’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Swiss Canton and other Swiss Canton graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are solely owned by Swiss Canton in the United Arab Emirates and / or other countries. Swiss Canton’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used, including as part of trademarks and / or as part of domain names or email addresses, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion.
10. ACCESS AND INTERFERENCE
Swiss Canton may contain robot exclusion headers which contain internal rules for software usage. Much of the information on Swiss Canton is updated on a real-time basis and is proprietary or is licensed to Swiss Canton by Swiss Canton’s users or third-parties. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access Swiss Canton for any purpose whatsoever, except to the extent expressly permitted by and in compliance with Swiss Canton’s API Terms of Use or otherwise without Swiss Canton’s prior express written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not:
- Take any action that imposes, or may impose, in Swiss Canton’s sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Swiss Canton’s infrastructure
- Copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute or publicly display any user Content (except for your Content) or other allowed uses as set out in Swiss Canton Guidelines from the Sites except to the extent expressly permitted by and in compliance with Swiss Canton’s API Terms of Use or otherwise without the prior express written permission of Swiss Canton and the appropriate third party, as applicable
- Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Sites or any activities conducted on the Sites
- Bypass Swiss Canton’s robot exclusion headers or other measures Swiss Canton may use to prevent or restrict access to Swiss Canton
11. BREACH
Without limiting any other remedies, Swiss Canton may, without notice, and without refunding any fees, delay or immediately remove Content, issue a warning to a user, temporarily suspend a user, temporarily or indefinitely suspend a user’s account privileges, terminate a user’s account, prohibit access to the Sites, and take technical and legal steps to keep a user off the Sites and refuse to provide services to a user if any of the following apply:
Swiss Canton suspects (by information, investigation, conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) a user has breached this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, Swiss Canton Guidelines, or other policy documents and community guidelines incorporated herein; Swiss Canton is unable to verify or authenticate any of your personal information or Content; or Swiss Canton believes that a user is acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of Swiss Canton’s policies, has engaged in improper or fraudulent activity in connection with Swiss Canton or the actions may cause legal liability or financial loss to Swiss Canton’s users or to Swiss Canton.
Swiss Canton reserves the right to suspend and / or terminate a person’s account or any accounts held by that person by virtue of association, including all usernames under which that person operates on Swiss Canton.

Privacy policy of Swiss Canton is a part of this document. You may find privacy policy listed in our website, mobile applications and other platforms along with this document.
13. WARRANTY ON SERVICE
Products warranty details can be found with product details, order details, if they have.
Service Warranty
Swiss Canton, Swiss Canton’s subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and Swiss Canton’s suppliers provide Swiss Canton’s web site and services “as is” and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. Swiss Canton, Swiss Canton’s subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees and Swiss Canton’s suppliers specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, performance, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In addition, no advice or information (oral or written) obtained by you from Swiss Canton shall create any warranty.
14. LIABILITY
In no event shall Swiss Canton, and (as applicable) Swiss Canton’s subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees or Swiss Canton’s suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and / or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Sites, Swiss Canton’s services, or this agreement, including without limitation, lost profits, bodily injury, emotional distress, or any special, incidental or consequential damages.
15. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Swiss Canton and (as applicable) Swiss Canton’s parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
16. NO GUARANTEE
Swiss Canton does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Sites, and operation of the Sites may be interfered with by numerous factors outside Swiss Canton’s control.
17. LEGAL COMPLIANCE, LICENSING AND APPROVALS
UAE is our country of domicile. You shall comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of the Sites and any Swiss Canton service and, if applicable, purchase and solicitation of offers to purchase.
18. VAT
The price listed in every product page is inclusive of any VAT. It means you don’t need to pay anything extra than listed price as Tax.
If you are a VAT registered entity you may add your VAT number on your account area in Swiss Canton. Then your VAT number will be included in invoice. In case if this service is not active, you may request for a VAT number included invoice within 7 days from your purchase via Help Center or email (ae@cybrosoft.com).

19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, then such provision will be modified to reflect the parties’ intention. All remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

This Agreement shall in all respects be interpreted and construed with and by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any stakeholders can send us notices, notifications or suggestions through following channels. You are requested to read and review related terms, conditions and policy before proceeding notices and notifications.
